The Assistant Real Estate (m/f/d) is an entry position in the world of Real Estate. It is administrative support to the team, including managing emails, phone calls, scheduling meetings, appointments and events for team members as well as coordinating logistics such as room bookings and travel arrangements. Furthermore, this individual will organise and maintain documents, files and records, both in physical and digital formats, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed. We are offering you full insight in the complex Real estate organisation, work on the projects beside the admin tasks, possibility to learn, develop and make a career in the Real Estate industry.

The position is located in Hamburg.

Your responsibilities

  • Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment for the team.
  • Project Management: Managing relevant RE projects, tasks or initiatives.
  • RE Data Entry and Reporting: supporting on management of databases or RE systems, preparing reports and various RE presentations for internal and external usage.
  • RE Market analysis: Conducting research on behalf of the team on various lease market terms and conditions, capital markets, fit out costs, workplace standards etc.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Assisting with various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by team members or supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help where needed.
  • RE Standards and procedures: Assisting in the development and implementation of different RE standards, procedures, guidelines, templates etc.
  • Manage and maintenance of department internal website with content like news, updates, projects, achievements etc. including social media management.

Your profile

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry regulations, property development processes and market trends is desirable, prior experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support role is advantageous and
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused demeanour.
  • Your German language skills are at native speaker level, and you bring a fluency in English.
