Working Student – Global HR Processes (m/f/d)


We are looking for a Working Student – Global HR Processes (m/f/d) in our Global Talent & Org Development team, who is keen to learn and work in an international environment. In this role, you will partner with HR Leaders across the world to support the design and implementation of a global HR process framework. In this role, you will report to the Senior Specialist, HR Transformation.

  • Prepare and attend process design workshops
  • Design HR processes in our process modelling tool
  • Prepare & attend presentations and workshops
  • Research HR trends & best practices
  • Support the team with a variety of project activities

  • You have a good understanding of HR and a high interest for HR process modelling
  • You embrace change openly and you are enthusiastic about your personal and professional development
  • You have a strong results-oriented approach combined with a structured and self-responsible way of working
  • You bring strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • You are proficient in the classic applications of MS-Office
  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), preferably with a focus on business administration or human resources
