To achieve this, our Leasing and Fleet Management business units work hand in hand and are perfectly complemented by the newly acquired Captive Leasing business segment. Since 2020, we are powered by Hyundai and Santander with our new main shareholder Hyundai Capital Bank Europe. Together, we are pursuing the goal of becoming the leading cross-brand provider of comprehensive mobility solutions in Europe.

- You will join a team focused on ensuring optimal operation and security of cloud-based and traditional production systems, including Firewalls, WAF, Load Balancers, DNS, Linux, and Storage, with an emphasis on managing cloud components effectively (System Maintenance and Support)
- You will leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methods to automate system deployments, reducing errors and improving efficiency (Automate Deployments)
- You will partner with software developers to optimize infrastructure for both development and production environments and actively participate in ongoing IT projects (Collaborate and Participate in Projects)
- You and the team will oversee both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring robust integration and operation (Manage Hybrid Environments)
- You will participate in an on-call rotation outside regular business hours to provide emergency response support for our online and internal business applications (Emergency Response)
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Linux servers in an enterprise setting and at least 3 years with public and private cloud infrastructures, including AWS. Certifications in these areas are advantageous
- You bring proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, and Github repositories, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with Github Actions and Quality Gates as a benefit
- You have experience coordinating projects and managing changes across IT teams, preferably in the financial services sector
- You have an understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes, along with proven ability to manage both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- You are a self-driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives in moving projects forward and achieving results, equipped with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities for handling complex technical challenges under pressure. You speak fluent English, but are also interested and willing to learn German, in case you cannot yet
