We are looking for the Brand Communications department in Oberderdingen for a

Global Brand Spaces & Trade Marketing Manager (m/f/d)


Core Activities:

  • Global responsibility for the consistent and unique BLANCO brand appearance at all physical touchpoints to ensure a seamless customer and consumer journey on- and offline
  • Increase efficiency and effectiveness of related activities within the marketing funnel (awareness -. consideration - purchase). This includes the overall brand experience as well as the support of new product launches
  • Set-up of investment thresholds and KPIs for all related activities in all BLANCO markets in cooperation with int. Sales and local teams
  • Enabling and consulting of local and regional marketing/sales teams

Responsibilities:

  • Further development of guidelines and KPIs for all physical customer and consumer touchpoints, e.g.
    • POS in various Trade Channels
    • Mono-Brand Stores
    • Fairs & Events
    • BLANCO Brand Experience Center
    • BLANCO Campus Branding
    • Branding and communication materials for all factory tours (e.g. in the stainless steel sink factory)
  • Process and budget responsibility for all material samples
  • Management of trade marketing and shopper research; compilation of int. trends and insights, implementation of digital tools at touchpoints as well as for tracking and benchmarking (e.g. CRM Tracking & Analysis, best practice sharing)
  • Selection and steering of suppliers and agencies

The position reports to the Director / Head of Global Brand Communications.


  • Several years of work experience as a global trade marketing manager in relevant international companies (e.g. trade fair & event organization, agency, brand in the kitchen, catering, furniture or bath industry)
  • Experience in the development and implementation of internationally consistent brand identities, from the overarching strategy to reliable planning and excellent operational implementation
  • Excellent ppt-presentation and live communication skills, a team player and "natural" leadership personality
  • Analytically structured way of working, data-driven mind-set and a hands-on mentality
  • Class B driver's license
  • Ability to lead internal cross-divisional teams and external partners both strategically and operationally.
  • Business fluent in English, fluent in German, additional languages are a plus
  • Familiar with CRM systems, SAP, Windows Office (excellent PPT skills), Graphic Design software
