Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in the procurement field? We are seeking a talented Procurement Analyst to become the central point of contact for all analysis topics in the indirect procurement area. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing essential support to our strategic purchasers, contributing to the success and efficiency of our procurement processes.
- Conducting ad-hoc-analyses to support strategic purchasers.
- Linking spend data with internal and external processes.
- Identifying continuous improvement potentials within procurement processes.
- Assisting in the calculation and tracking of savings potentials for procurement projects.
- Preparing decision documents and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Independently developing complex calculations and analyses for decision-making.
- Further developing and implementing procurement analyses in SAP Business Warehouse and Power BI.
- Conducting master data analysis and supplementation in global SAP systems.
- Defining and system-supported storage of rules for vendor and accounting master data classification.
- Completed university studies in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science, ideally with a focus on analytics.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, procurement, or controlling in a global company.
- Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of SAP BI, Visual Basic, SAC, Power BI, Power Pivot, Think Cell and/or similar tools.
- High level of initiative and commitment, with an independent, structured, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in an international business environment.
