About the position:

Support the Marketing Manager in interpreting consumer feedback to develop and launch products meeting cost and time constraints. Assist in curating a market relevant product range to enhance Braun's competitiveness in terms of market share, sales, and profitability. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role focuses on aligning product offerings with consumer needs to drive success.

Your tasks include:

  • Preparing market data information and Braun performance for new product development (NPD) meetings, presentations, and business cases;
  • Brief and manage some of the marketing elements of the NPD process – packaging, instruction booklets, POP materials, datasheets, website updates, and SAP data as defined by Marketing Manager;
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with market research of new product concepts and designs;
  • Getting an understanding of the specific categories (our products, key competitors, and end-user needs) to assist in the development of new NPD;
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with ad hoc requests (samples, presentations, communication on project status, attending meetings).

  • A relevant degree or business-related qualification possibly with a diploma in Marketing;
  • Graduate looking for a career in marketing, ideally got first experience from internships in Product marketing or similar fields;
  • Logical, numerate, and analytical with attention to detail;
  • Be able to interpret GfK data;
  • Ability to use SAP BW to understand Braun Household performance;
  • Good communication and presentation skills both written and oral;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Comfortable working in an international team environment as well as individually;
  • Flexibility;
  • Understanding of consumer research methods and an appreciation of engineering/technical aspects;
  • Fluent in English and ideally another language (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Chinese);
  • Previous experience abroad is a plus.
