  • Conceptualize, copywrite and implement CRM measures for our lottery portfolio and fully deploy your creativity on them
  • Build and optimize campaigns spanning over the entire customer life cycle based on data and employ them on personalized and automated basis for different existing customer segments
  • Validate new ideas via A/B tests and customer surveys and use the insights gained for continuous optimization and additional development
  • Drive optimal interconnection of campaigns between email, onsite, in-app, web & mobile push, potentially include social media and, of course, include brand aspects in the process


  • You love copywriting and working with language to inspire customers
  • You enjoy looking at things from a customer's perspective and feel confident in making people dream about their big win
  • You are a communicative team player and enjoy working within the CRM as well as the broader marketing team and furthermore connect well with colleagues from Design, Data, Customer Operations, Market Research and Product Management to implement optimal measures
  • You combine creativity with performance-oriented thinking, analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
  • You are well organized, reliable, have a quick grasp and like to learn new things
  • You speak German at a native level and communicate fluently in English
  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of media, communication sciences or economics and have at least three years of professional experience in the field of CRM / business2consumer marketing
