Drive granini brand development and brand growth at international level. Lead International Brand Strategy Development and provide guiding principles for Brand Activation. Create, align and steer brand development projects with key markets. Find ground of relevance and locally engaged executional frame to deliver comprehensive assets across the entire marketing mix. Ensure consistent execution of the strategy translated to local needs with strong cooperation with the country teams as part of the journey to streamline current highly volatile brand situation.

  • Develop and leverage the International Brand Strategy group wide
  • Create, align and steer professional Brand Assets (Brand Identity, ATL, Key Visuals, Digital content etc.) and consistent marketing mix together with key markets to find ground of relevance and locally engaged executional frame
  • Responsibility for the international Product Portfolio development both in terms of innovations as well as existing products
  • Assess potential geographical Brand expansion opportunities and develop roll out plans to new markets
  • Consumer centricity: deep understanding of consumers' tensions and triggers (insights) to drive brand strategy and action plans building brand value
  • Explore and translate trends & insights into business potential with value proposition relevant to the brand
  • Lead brand innovations by leveraging the innovation management process and drive cross functional cooperation up to launch
  • Lead the Granini Brand Community with clear direction setting, engagement and influencing without having direct reporting (with strong accountability)

  • 10+ years of Senior Brand and Marketing Management experience at international ˝blue chip˝ FMCG companies
  • Business degree minimum BA in Business Administration/Marketing, MBA preferred
  • Broad marketing know-how and on top of latest development in marketing disciplines
  • Expertise in brand development as well as brand activation, ideally on local/national as well as on international level
  • Passionate about brands with the capability to drive brand value and its unique proposition across the entire brand marketing mix
  • Set up and coordination of potential innovation platforms across business
  • Assumption of personal ownership and accountability for business results
  • Focus and clarity of thought under ambiguous and complex circumstances
  • Ability to set priorities and keep others on track to achieve critical goals
  • Successful stakeholder management
  • Working well across functions, groups & hierarchies and at ease to assume informal leadership
  • Energized and open to cultivate new ideas
  • Fluency in Business English is a must, further languages are a plus
