We, EOS – world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our EEMEA Service Team. You will be based in Germany and handle customers in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

  • You install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our complex industrial 3D printers at our customer sites. Beside this you are also a competent and reliable partner for our customers when you provide system introduction and customer basic trainings.
  • Your area of responsibility doesn't stop with personal contact: You also advise customers and colleagues on the telephone to pass on your knowledge.
  • Your development in the role will include participation in intensive in-house trainings on our systems and technology at our headquarters in Germany.
  • Consulting and support of clients when it comes to service cases and handling complicated cases through the escalation management process; involving the right interfaces at the right time and make sure excellent service work is done.

  • Certification within electrical / mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship or education as a Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Electrical Engineer
  • A passion to learn and become a certified technician in the area of electro-technology or a similar education, such as Mechatronics Engineer or Electrical Engineer
  • It would be a plus if you already have experiences as a Field Service Engineer and in professional dealings with customers and complex machines, preferably within the additive manufacturing industry
  • A car driving license
  • Willingness to travel in the EEMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, 80 to 90 % of your time
  • Very good English skills, other languages (German, Czech, Polish) are a plus
