  • Managing HR Systems: ensuring data quality in People Soft, Taleo, Success Factors
  • Applying HR Processes: ensuring HR standards and management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 45001 / 14001 / 50001
  • Ensuring compliance: application of employment laws and code of conduct
  • Supporting strategic People projects - global HR project teamwork elevating our culture

What you'll need to suceed:

  • University degree in Business Administration with HR major or comparable
  • Almost five years of strategic business partnering in all major HR areas along the cycle
  • Exposure to an international environment and/or manufacturing is of benefit
  • Experience in the cooperation with unions and workscouncils
  • Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations, Industry norms
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally People Soft, Success Factors, Taleo
  • German language and English business fluent
  • Passion for People topics
