Hardware Test Engineer - Verification (m/f/d)

  • You will write approved test methods that verify one or more requirements in a Device Product Specification (DPS) or Software Requirement Specification (SRS), e.g. medical displays and touch screens
  • You understand the requirement, ensure its testability and implement or update test scenarios to verify correctness of the implementation of a requirement
  • You are a member of an agile (SCRUM) team with special focus on verification tasks. You design, implement and execute Performance-Tests, Automation Tests, Long-Duration-Tests, System-Integration-Tests
  • You are embedded in an international team and will discuss your issues and procedures with multiple stakeholders involved in the product development process
  • You document test scenarios in commonly agreed format on a company cloud system, e.g. you will use PTC Windchill for traceability, plain text description and structuring as well as GIT Hub for coded part of scenarios
  • Finally, you document failures, supervise fault corrections and retest corrections

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or comparable knowledge
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in hardware and software testing
  • High willingness to learn, solid documentation skills, ability to describe even difficult material concisely and communicate understandably
  • Experience with Jira, SAP Easy Document Management, PTC Windchill, GIT Hub is a plus
  • Persistence in improving the product. highly flexibility
  • Business fluent in Englisch and good German knowledge
