You will co-drive this journey as part of and with a dynamic and growing team that uses appropriate technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems and deliver business value based on data and digital solutions:

  • Team leadership and stakeholder collaboration:
    • Buildup, manage and develop the Data and Insights team into a global high performing team, that is defining, delivering and scaling value based on insights from data (different data sources, e.g. IOT, customer, user, ERP, CRM, ...)
    • Manage and run a diverse team – in different countries – with data-POs, data engineers, program managers, external partners (e.g. Microsoft, Databricks), data platform competencies, …
    • Work closely directly with the CDO and fellow leaders to jointly drive the business transformation enabled by data and digital
    • Close collaboration with global digital and data business leaders as well as functional leaders (e.g. IT, finance) to build a joined x-TKE team to deliver the solutions end2end
  • Value creation and strategic road-mapping
    • Create tangible value (EUR, time to market, decision taking, …) based on insights from data and related digital solutions – making use of relevant competencies, modern tools and technology (e.g. data engineering, AI)
    • Define a mid-term and long term roadmap aligned with TKE-strategy to create value, scale the usage and value of data and AI and what it takes to implement the roadmap by linking it to our platform roadmaps, the availability of relevant data sources and other boundaries
    • Lead end2end use case/business delivery – to ensure that we move quickly from POC to scaled products really creating business value

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, data, digital etc.)
  • You have over 10 years of experience in the area of digital and data and creating value out of data – being also responsible for delivering business value and being responsible for leading and building teams
  • You have strong data competencies – loving data and what you can do with it. You have strong data skills and a desire to turn data into insights and value
  • You have a strong track record of leading teams and collaborating with tech-savy /tech-heavy teams of data experts as well as with business focused teams that aim to reap the value from data and digital (e.g. business, Design, Software development)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate (verbally and in writing) business and tech ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Very strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and with a strong entrepreneurial “get things done” mindset (e2e delivery)
  • A strong leader who can build, motivate and run teams in a team-oriented and output oriented manner
  • A strongly driven pragmatic and hands-on person who is ready to go the extra mile and does what is necessary to make the team, the transformation and the different products a success
