Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops and produces pioneering drive systems under two brands at the company's location in Ottobrunn near Munich: compact lightweights from FAZUA for agile e-bikes that create an exceptionally natural riding experience, and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that turned the bicycle industry on its head in 2017 with a completely new, innovative drive system for lightweight, agile (and good-looking) e-bikes. We have been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH since July 2022. Product Manager Digital Services (M/F/D)
- Spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of Porsche eBike's digital feature portfolio to become best-in-class in a dedicated service area including navigation and on-ride experience, anti-theft, service and maintenance, 3rd party integrations, safety and security or customer portals
- Be accountable for your assigned service area, including technical and commerial aspects
- Lead cross-functional teams in the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features designed to meet the evolving needs of our consumers. Exhibit functional leadership by guiding colleagues from different backgrounds, including UI/UX designers, software developers and solution architects, to ensure the delivery of seamless and engaging user experiences
- Lead continuous market research and user research to identify key trends and user needs and ensure a cohesive and compelling customer experience across all touchpoints
- Develop and oversee the product roadmap for your assigned service area, from initial concept to launch, ensuring they meet our high standards of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, transforming the product vision into concrete, actionable tasks. Create clear and concise tasks with acceptance criteria for the development team
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimizing product performance and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve the features continually.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in your respective service area, eBike trends, and user experience design to keep Porsche eBike at the forefront of the industry
- Elaborate collaborations with industy-leading partners and develop new business model
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (Engineering), Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in product ownership or management over the course of several years. Experience in functional leadership and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration is crucial
- Proven track record of the successful launch and subsequent operation of digital services, ideally in consumer-facing industries
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in functional leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds
- Passionate about eMobility and the potential to transform transportation through innovative products and services
