Talent Development Lead (m/f/d) Europe Role Overview: Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Development within this technical management function, you are playing a pivotal role in nurturing and harnessing the skills, capabilities, and potential of our organization s employees. The primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and managing talent development initiatives that align with the Syntax business and People team objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute and Execute the global and regional Talent Development Strategy: Develop and execute a Europe comprehensive talent development strategy that supports regional and organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with the global COEs, People Operations leader business leaders to identify talent development needs and priorities. 2. Learning Programs: Design, deliver, and evaluate training and development programs, both in-person and online, to address skill gaps and enhance employee competencies. Partner with subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging learning content. Give training courses for employees and managers 3. Performance Management: Work closely with HR to integrate talent development into the performance management process. Implement systems and tools to track and measure employee development progress. 4. Leadership Development: Working directly with the regional HRBPs and leadership to Identify high-potential employees and design leadership development programs to nurture their growth. Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders. 5. Career Development: Collaborate with leadership and HRBPs to support in the creation of individualized development plans. Promote career development opportunities within the organization. 6. Learning Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting the value of professional development and self-directed learning. Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among employees. 7. Evaluation and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of talent development initiatives. Regularly report on talent development progress and outcomes to leadership. 8. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent development. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus. Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong project management and organizational skills. Familiarity with talent management software and learning management systems (LMS). Certifications in talent development or related fields are advantageous.
