In order to drive our growth, customer orientation and focus on further development, we are looking for you to join our team in Bietigheim-Bissingen as Software Discipline Coordinator (m/f/d).
  • Conducting thorough Design Reviews of work packages to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
  • Performing Validation Reviews to guarantee the quality and reliability of software products
  • Support Implementation Reviews of requirements and bug fixes, ensuring they meet project objectives and specifications
  • Performing release checks to verify that software is ready for deployment
  • Providing support for software integration activities at the system level
  • Supporting the Software Discipline team in various related tasks and initiatives
  • Implementing efficient strategies to streamline processes and improve overall productivity
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance software development practices
  • Providing support for customer-related activities, including development and analysis of software solutions to meet customer needs
  • Colaborate with cross-functional teams, especially with teams in Cairo

  • Completed studies in engineering sciences or comparable education, preferably electronics with specialization systems engineering
  • Funded knowledge in fields of systems engineering, software development, hardware design and mechanics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and structured working approach
  • Ability to work in a team, goal-oriented as well as good communication and reporting skills
  • Experience in project planning, Automotive SPICE, functional safety
  • Fluent knowledge of English and good German
