Are you an experienced sales professional with industrial insight? Hoyer is experiencing growth and aim to support this by strengthening our sales team. We are now seeking a Key Account Manager to support and develop our German customers in our HVAC segment.


  • Developing and maintaining business. The target is to increase growth with existing customers and target new potential customers in Germany.
  • Support our Segment Manager in establishing cooperation with targeted customers within the Hoyer HVAC segment.
  • Having your base anywhere in Germany, you will travel and visit OEM customers mainly in Germany but also Austria and Switzerland and from time to time you will visit our sales office in Munich as well as the head office in Hadsten, Denmark. The position will take you traveling approx. 60 days a year.

Experience within the German industrial market
The ideal candidate has experience within sales of industrial products to German customers. Experience with applications such as air conditioning, fans, blowers, compressors or electric motors is of course an advantage. You have a talent for business and a desire to sell with a high level of customer service and commitment.

Committed, customer oriented with technical knowledge
You are a self-driven person with a can-do attitude. With your outgoing personality you are able to establish close relations with our customers which is supported by your high level communication skills. Furthermore, you are described by the following:

  • A result oriented and structured team player
  • Experience in working with OEM customers
  • Experience with sales of industrial products such as fans, blowers, compressors, HVAC components, air conditioning, electrical motors or other relevant mechanical engineering products
  • Experience within sales budgeting and value-added selling
  • Speaking fluent German and having excellent language skills within English
  • Responsible and structured work approach
  • Independent with a positive attitude and open personality
