Osiris International is a system manufacturer specializing in photolithographic processing systems for semiconductor and microsystems technology (MEMS). Major semiconductor manufacturers and internationally renowned research and development institutions are among Osiris' worldwide customer base. The equipment offered by Osiris International ranges from manual laboratory systems to fully automated cluster systems. In addition, Osiris International offers components (e.g. chucks, end effectors) and subsystems (e.g. dosing systems, media supply cabinets with various canister designs).

Osiris International is a subsidiary of Lab14, a subsidiary of RSBG SE, which is wholly owned by the RAG-Stiftung. The RAG-Stiftung finances the legacy of the German coal mining industry and supports projects in the fields of education, science and culture.

Your mission

  • Management of projects in the field of special plant construction for the semiconductor industry
  • Creation and management of project plans, resource management and budget monitoring using the software solutions and data management implemented in the company
  • Close cooperation with internal departments such as development, production, quality assurance and sales
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers and sales to understand requirements and implement projects accordingly
  • Ensuring smooth project execution, identifying and managing risks and obstacles
  • Regular reporting on project progress to management
  • Actively participate in internal improvement processes and contribute to the continuous development of working methods within the company


  • Completed technical studies or a comparable qualification in the field of engineering, electrical engineering or similar
  • Proven experience in project management in mechanical or plant engineering, ideally for the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge and practical experience in agile working methods desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving thinking skills
  • Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team
  • High level of initiative, resilience and the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
