As Head of HR Operations, your responsibility together with a team of HR Managers will be managing all HR processes across the entire employee life cycle to drive an exceptional employee experience in our 6 companies. You will work very closely with the Senior Management of all companies including our 2 Founders. We are growing quickly and are looking for an experienced HR Leader who wants to contribute to our hyper growth phase.

- You will ensure efficient delivery of HR support for our staff (currently about 300 employees, mostly in Germany but with a growing presence e.g., in the US and APAC)
- You will focus on creating an exceptional employee experience based on well-designed, highly automated end-2-end HR processes to contribute to work satisfaction and retention
- You will lead projects aimed at ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence particularly through process digitalization and automatization
- You will ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll activities being executed by our external service provider
- You will ensure excellent quality of data handled by the team in accordance with Data Privacy rules
- You will take over operational HR tasks on a regular base as well - depending on team capacity and volume of requests
- You will ensure the development and engagement of team members like e.g., recognition, performance reviews, promoting career development and giving space for personal and professional growth
- You have a relevant university degree combined with 6+ years of experience as an HR professional (including Payroll and Relocation processes) - ideally you already have experience with HR processes outside of Germany
- You have at least 3 years of HR leadership experience
- You are familiar with HR IT Systems (ideally Personio) and how to optimize and leverage them for process automation
- You have a demonstrated mindset of driving excellent HR experiences for employees
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You have the ability to deal with change, prioritize, act quickly and pragmatically in a fast-paced environment
- You are a strong problem solver and decision maker, act service driven and with a strong continuous improvement mindsetYou have a strong focus on compliance and data protection
- You have a learning mindset and want to learn something new every day
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
