The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) provides the aftermarket and repair shops worldwide with modern diagnostic and repair shop equipment and a wide range of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. About 16,000 associates, as well as a global logistics network, ensure that spare parts reach customers quickly and on time. MA supplies testing and repair-shop technology, diagnostic software, service training, and information services. In addition, the division is responsible for the “Bosch Car Service” repair-shop franchise, one of the world's largest independent chains of repair-shops.

The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarters of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division for over 40 years.

  • As Assistant your main task is to support the head of the Customer Team for Wiper Systems.
  • One of your many daily tasks is the calendar management. This includes creating, rescheduling and cancelling appointments and ensuring that the calendar is always up to date.
  • Additionally, you make travel arrangements and reimburse them afterwards.
  • Administrative office tasks like ordering office supplies and organizing them also fall into your area of responsibility.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing meeting documents.

  • Education: completed vocational training as an office management assistant or a comparable qualification
  • Experience and Knowledge: previous experience in assistance desirable; very good knowledge of the Office Programmes (PPT and Excel); daily correspondence in English is a given
  • Personality and Working Practice: You are a Team player and have excellent communication skills; you have an organised and structured way of working; you are flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German

*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR XX for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
