At the headquarters in Ottobrunn near Munich, the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops, produces and markets advanced drive systems for two brands: FAZUA with the focus on pioneering compact lightweights for agile e-bikes and under the brand name Porsche exceptionally powerful drive systems. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that has transformed the cycling industry in 2017 with its innovative drive system for agile, compact, lightweight (and extremely good looking) e-bikes. Since July 2022, we are a part of the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH through the takeover by Porsche AG. Our diverse, open-minded, ambitious (and fun) team is constantly seeking new, inspiring talents who will help us push boundaries to shape the future of e-bike technology.
- You are responsible for the operational realisation of a development project for a drive unit
- You will manage an interdisciplinary team
- You are responsible for our specification and sprint planning and ensure a smooth project flow
- You always keep an eye on the milestones
- You prioritise product requirements in collaboration with the product managers and make relevant decisions as part of the implementation process
- You are responsible for the backlog and ensure that all requirements and tasks are clearly defined and prioritised
- To do this, you organise sprint planning with the entire project team as part of our agile working model
- You are in constant dialogue with the system project manager and project managers of other components
- You have a degree in engineering, business administration or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a challenging project management role and ideally have already gained professional experience in the automotive industry
- You are well versed in agile methods and have sound expertise in the implementation of agile project management
- You are characterised by your communication and teamwork skills and understand how to work across teams
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and prioritise and effectively manage your project content
- You have a high degree of solution-orientation as well as initiative
