At the headquarters in Ottobrunn near Munich, the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops, produces and markets advanced drive systems for two brands: FAZUA with the focus on pioneering compact lightweights for agile e-bikes and under the brand name Porsche exceptionally powerful drive systems. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that has transformed the cycling industry in 2017 with its innovative drive system for agile, compact, lightweight (and extremely good looking) e-bikes. Since July 2022, we are a part of the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH through the takeover by Porsche AG. Our diverse, open-minded, ambitious (and fun) team is constantly seeking new, inspiring talents who will help us push boundaries to shape the future of e-bike technology.
- In your managerial role, you will be responsible for the system development project and the intermeshing of the individual product development projects
- You manage, coordinate and dovetail development with the project team and ensure that the project runs smoothly
- You always keep an eye on timely milestone planning and initiate appropriate measures
- You are the first point of contact for the individual project managers at system level and coordinate overarching topics
- You identify risks in the course of the project and develop solutions to minimise risks
- You have a degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have at least five years of experience in senior project management, ideally in the field of system integration
- Ideally, you have already gained expertise in the automotive industry and understand project management in a challenging environment
- You have already gained expertise as a manager and enjoy leading a team
- You are characterised by excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools, including agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- You also have strong analytical skills and understand how to solve complex problems and make decisions under time pressure
- You understand how to manage a team with your excellent communication skills
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
- Business fluent in English and ideally a good command of German
