We're seeking an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to support our employees on site through their whole employee journey. The ideal candidate will have an integrity and positive demeanor to build strong relationships based on trust, inclusion and respect. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with others across various departments.


  • Provides support on local HR-related processes, services and management in the whole employee life cycle (A-Z: recruitment, compensation, development etc.)
  • Carries out HR processes and projects in accordance with local requirements
  • Acts as an adviser for our employees and their line managers in personnel and labor law-related questions
  • Communicate and negotiate with the local works council
  • Implementation of employee measures according to the tariff agreement and works council constitution act
  • Collaborates closely with local HR Payroll Team to ensure the accurate management of employee documentation and database in HR systems

  • University degree in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology, or comparable subjects
  • First years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and experience in works council communication is a plus
  • People orientated, problem-solving skills and an approach of high quality and accuracy
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks, setting the right priorities and capability to handle confidential and sensitive information
