Global Energy Manager (f/m/d)
for the site Starnberg (Percha), Germany

- Develop goals and coordinate improvement plans at the sites to reduce energy-use, carbon-footprint and cost
- Develop clear reporting of all energy metrics
- Develop group Energy Management System and lead sites to ISO 50001 certification
- Coordinate work with suppliers and customers to reduce the group Scope 3 emissions
- Establish group Energy Team to share knowledge and best-practice between the sites
- Develop systems to predict energy demand and support energy procurement. Support the transition to renewable energy
- Coordinate capex for energy-related projects
- Reporting deviations from safety and environmental guidelines and/or corresponding risks
- Successfully completed engineering degree
- Several years of experience as an engineering or facility manager
- Experience with ISO 50001
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Builder
- Very good knowledge of English and at least a good understanding of German
- Willingness to travel (to visit our sites)
- This role can be managed from anywhere in Germany (remote)
