To reinforce our team, we are looking for a qualified and dedicated:
Sales and Managing Director (m/f/d)
- Implement a local marketing and sales strategy incl. the necessary personnel and processe
- Increase the German and Austrian market share by selling existing product lines and identifying further product opportunities for the local market
- Lead, coach and mentor the Germany & Austria team in order to increase the market share
- Establish and continue long-term relationships with local and international Key Accounts
- Identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, negotiations, and deal winning processes
- Win and monitor large projects with high technical content
- Increase market coverage
- Monitor Customer Service business
- Cooperate closely with the HQ and Sites in Europe
- Establish Romaco's packaging and processing technology in Germany & Austria
- Participate in industry related trade fairs, maintain industry relevant networks
- Technical / commercial degree or equivalent industry experience, MBA preferred
- Min. 10 years working experience incl. 5 years strategic management experience in the engineering based local and international pharma industry (packaging / processing)
- Technical background with proven strategic management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the regional market and relevant industry sales networks
- Demonstrated sales and business development experience, proven track record
- Exceptional customer orientation, excellent communication skills
