- PCBA Development: You take responsibility for your own PCBA development projects from ideation, through testing to implementation in mass production
- System Design: You take on system design projects including architecture improvements, cabling and implementation of partner technology
- Expert Knowledge: You challenge current and new designs, providing the team with your expert knowledge on electronics, PCB design, and manufacturing
- Collaboration: You closely collaborate with our Software Engineering teams to create the best holistic solutions with the customer in focus
- Advancement: You take part in advancing our department's structure, processes and scalability
- Documentation: You document your technical work, manage your tasks and share your progress transparently. You plan your own projects and supervise their timelines
- Electrical Engineering Degree: You have a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent educational background
- Professional Experience: You have at least 6 years of professional experience as an engineer in a developer role
- PCB Design: You have successfully concepted and designed a printed circuit board using state-of-the art eCAD software
- Electronic Debugging: You know your way around electronic debugging, laboratory measurements and signal analysis
- Software Skills: You have experience with software development or scripting solutions necessary for efficiently testing and debugging electronics
- Technical Knowledge: You can prove knowledge of two or more of the following:
- Embedded software development (C, C++)
- Automated industrial production environments
- High speed PCB design or antenna design
- IoT security or other HW/SW security hardening methods
- Basic knowledge of UNIX shell and scripting (Bash)
- EMC optimized PCB design & EMC related regulatory compliance in electronics
Your training goal for your first 6 months:
- Ownership: You take ownership of a part of our design, e.g. a PCBA development project
- System Integration: You take part in the conception system integration of new technologies
- Knowledge Sharing: You share your knowledge and experience of electronics design and establish new processes with the team
