Our Purchasing department is responsible for our C2B business unit WirkaufendeinAuto.de and its day-to-day operations in all of our stores across Germany. We are fast, data-driven and efficient. Join us as a Project Manager in Purchasing, demonstrating your strong analytical skills and developing unconventional ideas!

As part of the Purchasing team at our headquarters in Berlin, you will be working closely with the Director of Purchasing and bringing our C2B business unit to a whole new level.


  • Develop strategic decision-making processes with the Director of Purchasing, e.g. Expansion, staffing, etc.
  • Develop key figures and analyze all processes and procedures in the constantly evolving branch business to ensure smooth operations
  • Optimize operational processes and ensure continuous improvement of our KPIs
  • Build and expand the infrastructure between WKDA and other departments such as Operations, Logistics, Support or IT and solve problems hands-on
  • Ensure that our processes are characterized by scalability and drive the implementation of new IT features - from specification to successful rollout

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field and 1+ year of professional experience - preferably in a fast-growing start-up or consulting environment
  • Confident in dealing with numbers, advanced analysis and presentation skills, as well as experience in project management
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured way of thinking, exceptional attention to details
  • Fluent in English and conversational in German
  • Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of programming languages is a nice bonus
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
