To further grow the international business across our subsidiaries we are searching for a results-driven, highly experienced individual (m/f/d) as

International Key Account Manager (B2B)


You have a passion for building and nurturing client relationships on a global scale, with a focus on the US, Asia, and Europe outside of the DACH region. In particular, you will:

  • build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international key accounts for our plant-based products, identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' needs and drive revenue growth,
  • conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities,
  • develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs – recognising that sales success can be planned,
  • negotiate contracts and agreements, monitor compliance, and address deviations from agreed-upon terms.

You will be part of our lean business unit team and work closely with the sales and marketing teams in our subsidiaries to align strategies and optimize and execute the overall business plan.


You:

  • hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA and certification as category manager is a plus),
  • have a proven, successful track record of at least 10+ years as Key Account Manager or in a similar international role in the food industry, ideally in the plant-based sector,
  • have a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and ideally of potential business opportunities in the plant-based meat and cheese categories,
  • are a hands-on strategic thinker, a solution-oriented team player and excellent communicator,
  • achieve your goals with precision, perseverance, and persistence.

Business fluency in English and German, as well as a willingness to travel are required.


The salary and other conditions will of course reflect the special requirements of this truly entrepreneurial role. Our location is in the Rhineland, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Cologne area.
