TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 1,000,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 900 people on board and in the land offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście / Szczecin and Klaipėda.
To strengthen our team, we are looking at our location in Travemünde as soon as possible for a:
Recruiter (m/f/d)- Management and support of the entire recruiting process for sea and land personnel
- Management and implementation of creative and independently conducted recruiting measures as well as active sourcing in social networks and on specialist platforms
- Maintaining the career page on the company's website and drafting texts for adverts
- Development and implementation of various marketing activities
- Processing of administrative HR tasks
- A degree with a focus on HR or comparable commercial training with adequate work experience in HR (lateral entry also possible from the areas of personnel services, active sourcing, or a personnel consultancy)
- Experiences in the described sphere of responsibility
- Very good written and spoken English and German (company language: English)
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment and confidentiality
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
