Sales Representative (m/f/d)
for Scandinavian customers in our office in Berlin

We continue to grow and are looking for you to join our customer service team full-time. As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's orders, questions about Thomann or returns – you will support our customers in a service-oriented way. As a "facilitator", you will work out optimal solutions for our customers and thus actively contribute to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
For four to six weeks you will switch the noise and bustle of the capital with the idyll and calm of Franconia as we will do the initial training in our Headquarters in Treppendorf near Bamberg. Here you will meet your colleagues and feel the well known Thomann spirit.
Your tasks
- Processing all orders, inquiries and customer complaints from all over the world in first-level support by phone, email and chat
- Advising customers in cooperation with our product and service specialists
- Independent decision-making for the initiation and coordination of returns, exchange of goods, credit notes, repairs and spare parts
- Further commercial and administrative tasks (e.g. orders from public institutions)
Your profile
- You speak Finnish, Danish or Swedish on a native level and English fluently
- You are no stranger to the field of music equipment (instruments and accessories)
- Competent and courteous interaction with customers is one of your strengths
- You work easily with MS Office
