Executive Assistant – Group Sustainability (m/f/d)

The place of work is flexible with the opportunity to work from home according to our different work (time) models.


  • Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the Group Director of Sustainability and the Sustainability Department
  • Assist the Director with the preparation of presentations, reports and appointments
  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements and correspondence for the Group Director
  • Coordinate meetings, department events and internal communication workflows
  • Oversee document management and digital collaboration tools, including OneNote
  • Support operational tasks and facilitate regular departmental reviews (e.g., OGSM)

  • Personality: Sustainability mindset, professional and concise communication style and the ability to multitask
  • Working: Efficient and accurate working style, proactive and hands-on attitude, forward-thinking, self-motivated
  • Experience and Know-how: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role/professional office administration, strong proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Qualification: Background in business administration, office management or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Languages: Proficiency in German and English
