In this exciting role, you will support financial operations and communication between our headquarters and subsidiaries across Europe, Turkey, and the CIS region.
Financial Planning and Analysis
Assist in gathering financial data from subsidiaries across Europe and the CIS region
Support the analysis and reporting of monthly financial results to HQ in Korea
Help prepare performance reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
Risk Management
Provide support in monitoring and reviewing financial activities of subsidiaries
Assist in tracking irregularities or notable events in fund disbursements
Help in preparing documentation for decision-making reviews
Internal Control and Audit
Assist in reviewing compliance with local accounting standards and group internal policies
Support the audit of approval processes and ensure procedural correctness
Identify preliminary findings or areas for improvement in financial processes
Tax and Accounting Support
Assist in tracking changes in accounting standards or tax regulations
Support basic tax compliance coordination and help consolidate financial data with HQ standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)
Help monitor and report on cash flow activities
Process Improvement
Contribute to initiatives for improving business processes and reducing operational risks
Support the development and maintenance of financial data systems across the EU region
Completed degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, legal studies, or a comparable qualification
Initial work experience (internships or 1–2 years) in finance, accounting, tax, or business analysis
Strong interest in working in an international finance environment
Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Motivation to learn and grow within financial operations across multiple countries
Basic knowledge of accounting and tax principles
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a plus
Fluent in English; Korean language skills are a plus
Interest in pursuing CPA, CFA, ACCA, or FRM certifications in the future
