  • Drive sales performance through collaborative, empathetic leadership.
  • Inspire, connect, and communicate effectively, recognizing success and motivating teams.
  • Prioritize AE development through coaching and accountability.
  • Execute performance management, empower teams, and develop customer-centric strategies.
  • Increase communication and collaboration.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and retain an engaged salesforce.
  • Support early potential, shape win strategies, and execute close plans.
  • Deliver team bookings and productivity, driving YoY revenue growth.
  • Develop and coach teams to increase productivity.
  • Ensure high standards of operation and compliance with sales governance.
  • Maintain high standards in sales disciplines, including forecast accuracy and pipeline management.

  • Recent and relevant sales management experience, able to demonstrate successful leadership of direct or virtual teams.
  • Experience in a technology customer-facing environment supporting customer outcomes with complex solutions.
  • Ability to identify common needs and issues across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field experience.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building internally and with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive outlook, strong leadership, and growth mindset.
  • Ability to operate through uncertainty and change.
