Fact is, however, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants' work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member contributes directly to our consultants' success—and, thus, to that of our clients.
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations and ensuring contractual and billing compliance across assigned client accounts. You will coordinate directly with internal stakeholders and external clients to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting and a desire to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
You will report to the Finance Senior Manager (Accounts Receivable), helping improve process efficiencies and financial outcomes through proactive communication and analytical thinking.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Contract Management- Collect contracts from case teams
- Ensure contractual compliance and escalate issues where needed
- Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate and prepare billing details in line with client agreements
- Process and track invoices through their full lifecycle
- Monitor incoming payments and proactively follow up on overdue invoices
- Drive improvements in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics
- Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Work on optimizing and refining financial processes
- Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues
YOUR PROFESSIONAL STRENGTHS
- Strong Financial Acumen - Sound understanding of financial principles, reporting, and invoicing cycles
- Analytical Thinking - Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support process improvements
- Problem-Solving - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving billing discrepancies and contractual issues
- Communication - Comfortable interacting with internal teams and external clients to ensure clarity and compliance
- Process Orientation - Dedicated to continuous improvement, efficiency, and accuracy in financial workflows
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and/or
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial software systems (SAP is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and at least advanced-level German
- Experience in a professional services environment preferred
