Sustainability Manager ESG Controlling & Governance (m/f/d)

The place of work is flexible with the opportunity to work from home according to our different work (time) models. Proximity to one of our WEPA locations is advantageous.


  • Ensure data quality, security and compliance within the sustainability data domain
  • Develop and implement scalable, reliable and high-performing data products, including data logic, APIs, and user interfaces
  • Collaborate with other departments or data product teams to address domain-specific needs and leverage data governance processes
  • Support in developing the data product roadmap to enable group wide tracking and steering of sustainability-related data points and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and the integration of sustainability KPIs into company-wide reporting tools

Purpose-driven and committed to sustainability with a stakeholder-focused mindset, strong team player with the ability to connect and collaborate across various functions.

Working:
Analytical, structured and conceptually strong, data-driven with a pragmatic approach to execution in a dynamic environment.

Experience and Know-how:
Experience in sustainability/ESG, data management, or controlling. Familiarity with the development and scaling of data products, preferably experience with SQL or Python.

Qualification:
Academic background ideally in the fields of Sustainability, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Process Engineering.

Languages:
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
