We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Junior International CRM Manager (all genders) to join our Customer Relationship Management department. As a valuable member of our 12-person department, you will play a key role in planning, designing, analyzing, and optimizing CRM campaigns for our international markets.   • You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of email and push notification campaigns, as well as smaller CRM projects, with a specific focus on international markets.
  • Using your innovative ideas and keen sense of trends in the beauty industry, you will develop engaging campaign formats and plan target group-specific CRM campaigns for our valued existing customers.
  • You will coordinate and design CRM-relevant marketing activities throughout the customer lifecycle, aiming to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • You will analyze and monitor relevant CRM KPIs, drawing data-driven insights and recommending actions for optimization.
  • You will develop testing strategies to optimize key performance indicators, ensuring our CRM campaigns are as effective as possible.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including International, Creative, and Campaign Management, as well as your colleagues within the CRM department, fostering a collaborative and successful working environment.

  • You have successfully completed studies, ideally in business administration, marketing, business psychology, media management, or a comparable apprenticeship
  • You have fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You possess excellent language skills in either; Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Czech, or Danish.
  • You have strong communication skills and outstanding organizational and coordination talent, ensuring seamless project management and stakeholder alignment.
  • You demonstrate analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers, coupled with a performance-oriented approach and a holistic business understanding
  • Proven experience with one of the previously mentioned international markets is a plus, demonstrating your understanding of specific market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • A sense of trends and creativity will be highly valued, enabling you to develop innovative and engaging CRM campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
