Mercedes-Benz is launching the new "CX Engine" initiative to enhance its customer experience measurement and analysis capabilities. This initiative involves implementing a software-based platform that will consolidate and analyze both experience and operational data from customer touchpoints across the entire customer journey, including digital and physical interactions in order to identify areas for improvement. The rollout activities for physical (retail) touchpoints began in March 2025. The Customer Experience Measurement and Insights team is seeking a Rollout and Project Management Intern with the following responsibilities:
- Rollout Management
- Support market Key Accounts with communication tasks
- Manage technical requirements from stakeholders
- Evaluate, prioritize, and steer timely project implementation
- Coordinate with markets, regions, IT, development teams, and external partners
- Prepare presentations and reports for project management
- Studies in the field of business administration, economics, business informatics, or related field
- Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
- Prior internship or working student assignments in digital product rollouts and project management topics are a plus
- Experience using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong communication and customer orientation skills
- Strength in coordination of multiple complex tasks
- Ability to balance interests of different stakeholders
- Teamwork and adaptability
- Creativity and implementation strength
- Affinity for agile working methods
