Participate in all phases of M&A transactions from a service perspective, spanning due diligence to deal closure

Develop and implement detailed post-merger integration plans focusing on people, functions, processes, IT systems, and cultural alignment

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams within the service function, including departments like legal, finance, HR, IT, and operations, both at HQ and across various regions, to ensure seamless integration

Lead and manage change processes during transitions to ensure service continuity and minimize disruptions to operations.

Conduct and manage comprehensive risk assessments specifically related to service functions within mergers and acquisitions

Evaluate and assess the geographic distribution of offices, warehouses, and service centers across both organizations

Define the optimal organizational structure, eliminate redundancies, and ensure uninterrupted service delivery to customers

Develop a strategy for process and IT standardization across the integrated entity

Lead workshops to identify synergies and create transition plans to move from the current state to the target state for the final organization

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred

Several years of experience in M&A, management consulting, or corporate development, ideally within the service industry

Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments, setting a positive example

Experience with enterprise systems like SAP and CRM tools such as Salesforce CRM

Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft applications to manage and execute complex projects

Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to assess and interpret processes and activities across different organizations

Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with solid project management skills
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and networking skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Fluent in German and English is a must
