As an innovative and future-oriented company, we are a wholly owned subsidiary of Drees & Sommer, providing solutions for highly complex projects and acting as an integral partner in the planning and implementation of industrial sites in the semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, chemical, power plant, and process engineering industries.   • Project management for complex, exciting, and innovative building construction projects in service phases 1–5 of the HOAI
  • Development of sophisticated solutions from concept to detail for a wide variety of building typologies
  • Management of the project team with responsibility for content and budget
  • Central point of contact for clients, user representatives, and the design team
  • Precise, reliable, and results-oriented communication with clients and internal and external planning partners

  • Completed degree in architecture
  • Several years of professional experience in design and implementation planning
  • Experience in the application of model-based planning (BIM)
  • Knowledge of Autodesk, Revit, or ArchiCAD
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • High architectural design standards and technical expertise
  • Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Social skills and enjoyment of working independently
