TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 1,000,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 900 people on board and in the land offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście / Szczecin and Klaipėda.
To strengthen our Finance department, we are looking at our headquarter in Travemünde as soon as possible for a:
Accountant (m/f/d)
- Responsibility for the independent accounting of subsidiaries (accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as posting of business transactions)
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and liquidity reports
- Monitoring and posting of incoming payments
- Advance VAT returns
- Support in the further development of accounting processes
- Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in ship accounting
- Ideally further training as a balance sheet accountant
- The ability to do bookkeeping for independent companies alone
- Confident handling of accounting systems (ideally Navision) as well as MS Office products, especially Excel, is a matter of course for you
