- Communications Management: Develop, implement and monitor internal and external communication concepts and initiatives
- Channel Management: Manage, develop and advise on (internal) communication channels, with a particular focus on the global intranet
- Editorial Management: Manage the EMEA-wide intranet editorial office and content planning
- Regional Function Integration: Develop, strengthen and lead an EMEA-wide network of sub-regional communications peers
- Message Development: Translate complex topics into clear, targeted key messages for various communication channels
- Stakeholder Engagement and Information Flow: Ensure seamless information cascading, aligned messaging and high engagement across internal audiences
- Global Coordination: Collaborate closely with global communications peers and contribute expertise to cross-cultural and international projects
- Innovation and Vendor Management: Drive innovation in communication processes and manage agencies, suppliers, timelines and budgets
- Business Development Communications: Support the global business development function through regional communications planning, coordination and execution in M&A projects
- Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Business Administration or related field required; MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree preferred
- Long-standing professional experience in internal and external communication in international organizations, companies or agencies – ideally in the healthcare industry
- Proven expertise in managing and further developing intranet platforms and other communication channels from both an editorial and technological perspective
- Experience and knowledge in corporate M&A activities and communications advantageous
- In-depth understanding of the Microsoft 365 environment; familiarity with AI-featured software beneficial
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and lateral leadership skills, with a focus on inclusive leadership and an empowering approach
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to manage change and influence stakeholders effectively
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities and implement pragmatic solutions
- Highly collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and social skills
