Our Team Service Management Tooling & Reporting in Hannover is looking for you!
- Co-design, co-create, and implement robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices and architecture guidelines in a heterogenous provider environment.
- Integrate and adapt ServiceNow to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Utilize Data Factory for data integration and transformation tasks.
- Design and implement ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Develop interactive and insightful reports using Power BI.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams following architectural guidance and best practises.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation and day-2-day operations
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform and its various modules, integration, and customization.
- Extensive experience with SQL databases, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience as a Solution Analyst with a focus on Data Factory, reporting, Azure, ETL, and Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
