We're looking for an experienced

Logistics Manager (m,f,d)

to lead and optimize logistics operations for Stock Spirits Germany and international markets. This role ensures top-tier logistics service, cost-efficiency, and full compliance with local and EU regulations.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage physical logistics operations (inbound/outbound warehousing, transport, distribution, stock management, excise tax & customs).
  • Ensure service excellence and cost control across the supply chain.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through system controls and physical stock takes.
  • Lead logistics strategy implementation and continuous cost optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee logistics budget, cost planning, and reporting.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values.
  • Drive strong relationships and performance with third-party logistics providers.
  • Run logistics tenders and support capacity planning and network design.
  • Ensure full compliance with excise duties, customs, audits, and risk management standards.
  • Promote safety, sustainability, and asset protection within logistics operations.

  • Service Level (OTIF)
  • Cost to Serve vs. Budget
  • Compliance with excise and customs regulations

  • External partners and suppliers

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in logistics or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and logistics cost drivers
  • Skilled in SAP, WMS, TMS, EMCS, and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and German; strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing 3PLs and contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of local logistics regulations and excise duties
  • Independent, adaptable, team-oriented, and stress-resilient
