For the location in Worms (Germany) we are looking for a
(Senior) Specialist Total Rewards Global (m/w/d)
- You will implement and manage the global rewards strategy and revise our compensation tools and processes on a global level
- Proactively advise relevant stakeholders on the global rewards strategy and local HR teams on the implementation of compensation tools and processes in the regions
- Initiate and conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses to ensure competitive compensation structures
- You manage global projects and initiatives in the area of Total Rewards
- You are responsible for the annual merit increase process and bonus payments
- You are responsible for compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines
- Degree in business administration, human resources management or comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international industrial company
- Experience in the conceptual (further) development and optimization of international remuneration systems and structures
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in managing global projects
- High affinity for numbers, strong analytical thinking skills and a systematic, independent way of working
- Strong communication and consulting skills - business fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
- Well-founded knowledge of Excel and ideally SAP complete your profile
