Corporate Trainer – Technical & Digital Learning (f/m/d)
- Training Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging technical trainings for employees, both in-person and virtually.
- Target Group Focus: Develop and adapt content for adult learners across diverse professional and technical backgrounds.
- Methodology: Apply modern adult education principles to ensure sustainable learning outcomes.
- Format Variety: Use a blend of classroom, live online, and digital formats tailored to learners' needs and contexts.
- Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and continuously improve training materials.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, learning metrics, and ongoing optimization.
- Travel: Occasionally travel within Germany and internationally for training delivery and alignment with stakeholders.
- Experience: Proven background in planning and delivering professional or technical training programs for adults.
- Education: Completed university degree or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on education, HR, or a technical field.
- Method Expertise: Strong grasp of adult learning principles and modern instructional design approaches.
- Languages: Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written, are essential.
- Tech Affinity: Confident using virtual training tools, authoring software, and learning platforms (e.g., MS Teams, LMS).
- Communication: Clear, structured communication style and confident facilitation in front of diverse audiences.
- Mindset: Hands-on, collaborative, and quality-focused approach with a high level of self-organization.
