Our Global Retention Team is globally oriented, striving for daily excellence in collaboration with the markets and combining the highest ambitions with a strong team culture. Would you like to join us?

Your tasks will be:

  • As a working student, you will be an integral part of the Global Retention Team, contributing up to 20 hours per week
  • You will participate in implementing scalable business solutions for digital retention activities
  • You will be responsible for collecting and organizing data to visualize and digitalize our overall retention processes
  • You will also be responsible for communicating with markets and handling internal communication activities
  • Moreover, you will support organizing market rollouts, preparing trainings, and maintaining close contact with the markets and other stakeholders

In a nutshell: You will bring your expertise, creativity, and digital skills to jointly achieve our ambitious customer loyalty targets on a global level.


  • Studies in business administration or a comparable field
  • Effective proficiency in German and English
  • Basic digital knowledge and computer skills (e. g., Mural, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint)
  • Passionate about innovative digital products
  • Ability to act in an intercultural and international context
  • Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
  • Personal initiative, strategic and analytical thinking and a “get things done” mindset
  • Strong customer and team orientation
