IT Services Analyst (m/f/d)


  • Coordinate IT-related order requests and IT support requests from employees
  • Mentor issues related to IT equipment and local infrastructure problems
  • Collaborate with IT Service Delivery to manage and mitigate the impact of widespread IT incidents.
  • Document requirements, standards and processes
  • Implement IT related projects
  • Coordinate and execute out-of-hours callout
  • Optimize and execute IT training to new employees
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT service desk inquiries and support
  • Access and Recertification Services
    • Coordinate the onboarding of new applications to the User Access Recertification process
    • Coordinate regular recertification campaigns of user accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, ensuring robust security protocols
    • Analyze the management of user accounts for specific applications, ensuring appropriate access and permissions
    • Implement secure and efficient user access management for applications within the defined scope
    • Plan regular monitoring of audit logs to identify and investigate unauthorized access or suspicious activities, ensuring the integrity and security of systems
    • Analyze the timely deactivation of user accounts for departing employees to prevent unauthorized access

  • Bachelor, vocational training or comparable degree or proven relevant work experience with a technical | IT background
  • Several years of experience in 1st and 2nd line support and proven work experience within technical support
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Access and Recertification Services
    • Experienced in implementing and executing recertification campaigns
    • Capable of overseeing the management of user accounts for specific applications
    • Experience at supporting regular audits of user accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
  • Understanding and handling of IT requests and providing effective solutions
  • Troubleshooting IT issues and connectivity issues
  • Capability to interpret and execute technical scripts for system modifications
  • Very good English and German language skills
