In this position, you will take on both the management of technical projects - from the definition of requirements to successful implementation - and technical responsibility for building services engineering and central supply systems. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing technical projects independently, from defining the requirements and planning to handover, incl. budget responsibility and ensuring the overall documentation Developing and implementing innovative concepts for the technical infrastructure and building services in close cooperation with internal and external partners Analyzing and evaluating technical requirements to develop reliable and sustainable solutions Technical responsibility and operational support in technical facility management for air conditioning and refrigeration systems in over 80 buildings, including the centralized cooling supply systems and heat pumps Ensuring compliance with the F-Gas Regulation and all relevant legal requirements, standards and environmental regulations Analysis and evaluation of system data to identify optimization potential YOUR PROFILE: Completed training (Secondary Technical College, University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparable) in the field of building and energy technology, refrigeration technology, energy and environmental technology or comparable At least 3 years of professional experience in managing and implementing technical projects, preferably in the building and technical infrastructure sector At least 3 years of professional experience in technical facility management, ideally with a focus on air conditioning and refrigeration technology In-depth knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems and their technical requirements Structured, independent, proactive way of working with a high level of initiative Very good knowledge of German and English WE OFFER: Contributing to a safer and more sustainable future of mobility A long-term and future-oriented workplace Food trucks, snack bar and canteen with freshly cooked daily menus Health talks, seminars and e.g. check-ups as part of our broad health program Company sports club with more than 30 sections and regular sports events/trips Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €65,000.00.
