Your tasks:

  • Assist the CISO in the development and implementation of management systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. Support the CISO team in cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Support the CISO team in the introduction and implementation of the NIS-2 directive incl. roll out of a new BCM tool.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials for ISMS/BCMS (incl. Phishing Attacks & Office IT) and support the CISO team in training sessions to educate employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee and manage the reporting and tracking of CISO projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals. Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and project timelines.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows within the team to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices. Provide training and support to team members on new workflows and tools.


  • have a keen interest in Office IT support topics and are willing to familiarize yourself with this area - with support from the team, of course.
  • are motivated, communicative, reliable and enjoy working in a team.
  • have a good command of German and English.
  • are currently studying the following subjects: digital leadership, computer science/business informatics/technology/media informatics/mathematics/physics.
  • ideally have some practical experience in the above-mentioned areas.
