The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.
Join our digital transformation team and support the Change Management in the SAP S/4HANA project. Gain hands-on experience in change management, stakeholder communication, and program coordination within a dynamic, international environment.
- Support the execution of change management activities based on the defined strategy – including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness tracking.
- Help prepare and maintain communication materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletter content, intranet articles, and video scripts.
- Assist in organizing project-related engagement events, such as townhalls, kick-offs, and virtual formats – including planning, coordination, logistics, and follow-up documentation.
- Contribute to the maintenance of our internal SharePoint site, ensuring content is clear, relevant, and regularly updated.
- Support stakeholder and training-related tasks, such as preparing audience lists, tracking actions, and collecting feedback.
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time university program (Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, IT Management or similar).
- You have a strong interest in digital transformation, internal communication, and organizational change.
- You are confident using MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- You communicate clearly and professionally – both in German and English.
- You are proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- You enjoy working in dynamic environments and have a hands-on attitude.
