CX Campaigns & Events Manager (m/f/d)

As a CX Campaigns & Events Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns, compelling content, and engaging events that resonate with our target audiences in healthcare and life sciences. This position is part of a global team, collaborating across multiple regions to drive cohesive marketing strategies.
A major focus of this role lies in planning and delivering impactful events – including pre-event strategy, post-event follow-up, and integrated campaign support – to maximize customer value and business impact.
- Develop customer experience campaigns with a 360-degree approach towards Getinge's target groups leveraging existing digital tools
- Develop and implement the content/marketing material to position Getinge in all its relevant target groups in with a Customer Experience approach in mind
- Drive marketing value communications based on brand identity guidelines, tools and platforms
- Ensure adaption / localization of the global marketing communication messages to all applicable markets
- Monitor and control effectiveness and efficiency of marketing communications messages/campaigns and continuously improve
- Organize trade shows, user group conferences and technical conferences if part of the campaign mix
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or Communication preferred
- Several years of experience supporting marketing functions
- Ability to organize and prioritize work demands
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Officed environment and marketing tools
- Good English and German skills, second european language preferred (e.g., Polish)
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Good communication and editing skills and unterstanding of how to communicate with different target groups
